Why doesn't my password work?
Because this is a different system, not a new version of the old one. Sign-ins weren't carried over, so there's no account here yet under your email address — nothing has been lost or deactivated.
Where are my earlier results?
They're on the previous site, and your old sign-in still works there. Sign in to the previous site →
Can my old results be moved over?
Not automatically. Results are scored by the engine that produced them, and re-scoring an older assessment on a different one would change what it says about you. We'd rather your earlier results stay exactly as they were reported to you.
Will resetting my password here help?
No — a reset needs an existing account, and there isn't one here yet.
